200-million cedis YMCA day-care centre inaugurated

Akim Oda (E/R), Oct. 25, GNA- The Asokahene of the Akim Kotoku Traditional Area, Nana Domena Fampong 1, has called on Ghanaians to be time-conscious in all their deliberations.

"Over the years, the country has lost a great deal through unpunctuality and lateness through lost of man hours", he said. Nana Fampong who was speaking at the inauguration of a 200-million cedis Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA) Day Care centre at Akim Oda on Friday, called for culture of maintenance.

The project was constructed through the financial assistance of HLICHENBACH YMCA in Germany, which has a partnership agreement with the Akim Oda YMCA.

He said the attitude of neglect of the country's valuable infrastructure including social structures, and roads, constitute serious financial losses to the country.
