The Member of Parliament for Akrofuom, Alex Blankson, has donated two water storage containers to the Akrofuom Senior High/Technical School.
The MP also gave the school a flat-screen TV to use for school activities.
He made this known in a post shared on his social media pages, with a promise to do more for the school.
"Earlier today, I paid a courtesy visit to Akrofuom Senior High/Technical School where I made donations of two POLY THANKS and a FLAT SCREEN TV for the school. I again promised the school of other infrastructural projects," he wrote.
Alex Blankson added that he made time to pass through some of the registration centers of the ongoing national Limited Voter Registration Exercise in his constituency.
"Again, I journeyed to Kokotenten to have a meeting with the Party Executives and proceeded to the basic school “KOKOTENTEN D/A BASIC ” to make a donation of a Projector which will aid the teaching and learning process.
"I humbly informed the stakeholders to appreciate the value of the equipment to improve the learning outcomes of the learners.
"Furthermore, I went to inspect the ongoing Electricity Supply project at GRUMESA - MPIREKYIRE which the Contractor is working tirelessly to generate power for the said Communities within a month from now.
"It is worth knowing that in the course of my visit in the Constituency, I passed through the Electoral Commission offices where there is ongoing LIMITED REGISTRATION for voter ID," he added.
