Datalink University is currently celebrating its Students' Representative Council (SRC) Week, and as part of the festivities, the university's president, Samuel Nene Tetey Dowuona, addressed the student body and highlighted the institution's commitment to academic excellence and innovative programs.

In his keynote address, Samuel Nene Tetey Dowuona emphasized the university's mission to provide a world-class education that prepares students for success in an increasingly complex and interconnected world.

He showcased the university's cutting-edge programs in specific fields of study like business administration, computer science, and graphic design, among others, which are designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in their chosen careers.

"We are proud of our reputation for academic excellence, and we are committed to continuing to innovate and improve our programs to meet the evolving needs of our students and the wider community. Our goal is to produce graduates who are not only highly skilled but also socially responsible and globally aware," he said.

Mr. Dowuona also highlighted the university's state-of-the-art facilities, which provide students with a supportive and stimulating learning environment.

He encouraged prospective students to enroll at Datalink University, citing its strong industry connections, research opportunities, and commitment to student success.

"Datalink University is more than just a place to earn a degree; it's a community that is dedicated to helping students achieve their full potential. We invite everyone to join our community and be part of our journey to excellence," he added.

The SRC Week celebrations will continue with a range of activities, including a launch float, aerobics, picnic, sports competition, career, and investment summit, and movie night.

It will conclude with a skills and entrepreneurship training on Friday, May 31, 2024, at the school's campus annex, from 9 am to 4 pm.

Meanwhile, the organizer said this skill training was added to the program to help other students who are not doing anything yet to be able to have at least some skills done while they await the future job they are studying for.

A Level 100 student, Georgina Agbagba, also added that "many think tuition should not be a hindrance to anyone who wants to enroll, but rather think of how impactful you will be to yourself and take steps to change your future."
