Rolider Limited on Thursday handed over the first phase of the 40.1 kilometre Ho-Fume Road to the Ghana Highway Authority (GHA).

When completed, travellers from Ho to Hohoe would not have to pass through Kpeve.
Mr. Kamel was impressed with the quality of work and urged the GHA to ensure its periodic maintenance to enhance its durability.
“Good roads reduce and eliminate poverty and we are happy and thankful to President Mills for this,” Mr Kamel said.
“The communities around here are all busy. Many people are now selling one thing or the other. It is also easy to get car to Ho. We are happy”, Comfort Newell a trader told the GNA.
Mr. Issah Ibn-Mamanin, a Representative of the Engineer said the second phase was behind schedule because of delayed payments and re-designing. **
