Winneba (C/R), Feb. 16, GNA - Urban and Area Councils have been urged check the mounting indiscipline in the construction industry to curb the practice whereby people build houses and structures in water ways and encroach on government lands to prevent some "man-made" disasters, which lead to the destruction of property and loss lives. They should also check the use of "land-guards" especially in urban areas and play a key role in the mutual health insurance education programme to ensure the attainment of its objectives.
