Kennedy Agyapong, the Member of Parliament for Assin Central has lauded Dr. Gideon Boako and his team for their exceptional mobilization efforts in support of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) describing it as unprecedented.

Kennedy Agyapong's commendation came during a Youth Connect Programme held in Yamfo on Wednesday, as part of a nationwide tour led by the NPP’s running mate, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh.

Mr Agyapong expressed his enthusiasm over the unprecedented turnout of youth at the event, highlighting it as one of the most impressive displays of support witnessed during the party’s recent national tour. He lauded Dr. Boako and the Tano North constituency executives for their remarkable organizational skills, which he believes are indicative of a promising future for the NPP.

“This level of support is unprecedented,” Agyapong said, clearly elated by the massive turnout. “The youth turnout and enthusiasm we’ve seen here is unmatched compared to other constituencies we’ve visited.” His comments underscore the growing confidence within the party regarding their prospects in the upcoming general elections.

The Youth Connect Programme in Yamfo also saw the presence of key figures, including Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, the NPP’s running mate, and other high-ranking party officials such as Hon. Freda Prempeh.

Agyapong used the opportunity to call on Ghanaians, especially the youth, to rally behind Dr. Gideon Boako and the NPP’s presidential candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia. He emphasized that a united front and strong support for both candidates would be crucial in securing a decisive victory for the party.

He indicated that Dr. Boako’s proven leadership abilities, demonstrate a clear capacity for driving development and effectively representing the needs of the constituency. “Dr. Boako has shown over the years that he is exceptionally capable of leading the people and achieving significant progress in the area,” he noted.

The Member of Parliament for the area, Hon Freda Prempeh on her part called on the constituents to rally their full support behind Dr Gideon Boako and vote massively for him and the party's candidate Dr Mahamadu Bawumia in the upcoming December polls.
