In a spirited display of support for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Comrade Kofi Atta Mills, the patron of the ORC youth wing, joined forces with Ashi Moore, the NDC Regional Chairman for Greater Accra, for an energetic street campaign in the heart of Accra.
The campaign took place on the principal streets of the city, showcasing the party's commitment to engaging with the community ahead of the upcoming elections.
The campaign kicked off at the Ridge roundabout, where the team set out to connect with residents and share the NDC's vision for a better future.
As part of the initiative, Comrade Mills generously donated water to support the campaign efforts, which was gratefully received by Simon, the Deputy Regional Communications Officer.
This gesture not only provided refreshments for the campaign team but also symbolized the party's dedication to serving the community.
The campaign route included key locations such as the National Theatre and Tudu, before concluding at Lapaz.
Throughout the day, the team actively engaged with residents, sharing aprons, T-shirts emblazoned with the "24 Hour Economy" brand, flyers, and other souvenirs to promote the party's message and initiatives.
The event was marked by a lively atmosphere, with supporters and community members coming together to discuss the NDC's plans and aspirations. Comrade Mills emphasized the importance of grassroots engagement, stating, "Connecting with the people is vital for understanding their needs and aspirations. We are here to listen and to share our vision for a prosperous Ghana."
As the campaign continues to gain momentum, the NDC remains focused on rallying support and fostering a strong connection with the electorate in the Greater Accra Region.
The collaboration between Comrade Kofi Atta Mills and Ashi Moore highlights the party's commitment to unity and collective action as they prepare for the upcoming electoral challenges.
