Nissi Miracle Ministry finds solution to social vices

Ashaiman, July 11, GNA - The Nissi Miracle Worship Ministry at Ashaiman has said it would complement the government's efforts to eliminate social vices.

The Ministry on Sunday inaugurated five evangelists to go round the country to proclaim the word of God for transformation. Speaking to newsmen after the inauguration Rev William Solomon Anquandah of the Ministry said the evangelists would preach at popular places where social vices are commonly practiced. In addition, he said, the evangelists would visit and support the sick and needy in kind and cash.

Inaugurating the missionaries Apostle Cephas Worbie of the Ministry said though they would be confronted with challenges they should tackle the task with zeal to achieve results. He advised them against receiving rewards in return for services rendered especially to the poor in order not to defeat the objective of the mission.

Pastor Loverridge Quarshie, Assistant Mission Director, said the Ministry would pay school fees for needy children while and it would investigate the basic needs of needy adults for assistance. The Missionaries are pastors Edmund Fianya, Loveridge Quarshie, Vincent Nordzi, Emmanuel Kofi Adu and Deaconess Mary Glan.
