Rabazey warms up Ho as Easter approaches

Ho, April 17, GNA - The Volta Regional Capital is becoming very lively few days to Easter especially at night with entertainment events everywhere.

As early as 1900 hours, the streets get busy with people young and old moving from one entertainment spot to the other. One spot, which appears to be attracting the crowd, is the Rabazey Spot, strategically located at Anlokordzi near the defunct Children's Park.

The Spot has started running promotional shows with prizes to welcome the Easter festivities and announced its 10th anniversary on Saturday, April 22.

The Ghana News Agency learnt that the one week anniversary celebrations would be characterized by a street carnival and live music performances. An ultra-modern restaurant would also be officially opened during the celebrations.

Mr Sulemana Amadu, a Resource Officer of the Ghana Tourist Board in the Volta Region said his outfit was planning some collaboration with Rabazey to make this year's Easter a memorable one in the Town. He described Rabazey as one of the best hospitality facilities in the Region and commended its management for the foresight. "This place is one of the few drinking spots where you find decent washrooms, clean environment and can be sure of your security," Mr Amadu said.

Ms Felicia Asempa, 28, a Fashion Student at Ho-Polytechnic who the GNA spotted chilling out with some friends said, 93Rabazey's excellent services and good music makes the Spot a place to be." Mr Frank Kodjo Tetteh, Owner of Rabazey said the events and prizes were to reward 93loyal customers." "I just want to reward my people and warm up the town for the Easter festivities and announce my 10th anniversary," he said.
