The 1998-year Group (SANTA 98) of Adisadel College has celebrated their 20th anniversary of leaving the college with a thanksgiving service at the Anglican cathedral at the Highstreet in Accra.

A statement from the Group said it was to primarily celebrate, thank God and also rally all members towards their 25th anniversary, which would be in 2023.

Mr Ahmed Tawiah, the President of the Group said members were expected to execute a legacy project and also host the Speech Day for that year.

He said the service, which was well attended included the Head Prefect, Deputy Head Prefect and the Chapel Prefect of the Group.

Special prayers were said for the group by the officiating clergy for the established bond to be harnessed positively for the development of themselves, their Alma mater and the country at large.

He called on members of the SANTA 98 all over the world to come onboard to support the activities of the group and also to live the tenets of the school; others have laboured and "we share their glory."

"It is our turn to display the can-do spirit of the Santaclausian," he added.

He also commended members for their support over the years and expressed the hope that more support would come in the coming years.

He appealed to individuals, corporate organisations and other stakeholders to support the school.
