Nana Akwasi Asiedu, the Chief of Adubinsukese in the Afigya Kwabere South District of the Region, has sounded a warning to individuals encroaching on lands allocated for vital community projects.

Specifically, 10 plots have been reserved for a hospital, and another 10 for a market and lorry terminal, but encroachment threats are jeopardizing these plans.

During a press conference on Monday, the Adubinsukese Hene emphasized that any construction on these designated plots would be at the builder’s own risk.

With the layout plan of Adubinsukese nearing completion, the chief cautioned that once the plan is finalized, construction on the market will commence, and any structures within the allocated areas will be demolished.

“I have allocated 10 plots for the construction of a hospital and another 10 plots for a market and lorry terminal, but unfortunately, these lands are being encroached upon.

I’m issuing a warning to those responsible to cease their activities and vacate the allocated areas.

“I’m also nearing completion of Adubinsukese’s layout plan, and anyone who constructs buildings on the designated hospital and market plots does so at their own risk. Once our planning is complete, we’ll commence market construction, and any structures within the allocated areas will be demolished.” Nana Akwasi Asied stated.
