The 1st Deputy Majority Chief Whip and MP for Tolon Constituency in the Northern Region, Alhaji Habib Iddrisu, has donated an ambulance to the people of Nyankpala.

The donation of the ambulance is part of the MP's commitment to improving access to quality healthcare delivery in the area.

Presenting the ambulance to the Chief of Nyankpala, the Tolon MP noted that the donation was a fulfillment of a promise he made to the Nyankpala Chief a week ago. He added that the emergency care ambulance will help improve healthcare delivery services, especially during health emergencies in the area.

The ambulance will provide emergency response and assist in transferring patients between healthcare facilities and homes.

The Tolon MP emphasized his commitment to quality healthcare delivery, highlighting various interventions in infrastructure and equipment in the health sector.

Alhaji Habib mentioned that he has brought development interventions to all sectors of the economy, including health, education, roads, and agriculture. He reiterated, "Since the creation of the Constituency, no MP has accomplished what I have in 3 years and 9 months. The records speak for themselves."

The Tolon MP reminded the Nyankpala Chief of his intervention in the palace, stating, "Even before I became the MP, I funded the rehabilitation of your palace to make it more fitting. I am a son of this palace, and it is my duty to respect and preserve its significance."

He assured the Chief and people of Nyankpala of his continued efforts to bring necessary development to the area. "There is no community under your jurisdiction that I have not provided development interventions in, whether in health, roads, education, water, agriculture, or job creation."

Alhaji Habib also highlighted his efforts in empowering women through his benevolence. The Nyankpala Chief expressed gratitude to the Tolon MP for his generosity and urged him to keep working towards the total development of the area.

He assured the MP that the ambulance would be used for its intended purpose.

The Tolon MP was accompanied by regional and Constituency executives, the Tolon DCE, party leaders, and some party youth.
