Mr Divine Bosson, Volta Regional Director of the National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO), said between January and March, the Region recorded 28 rainstorms, which affected 52 communities.
He said a total of 456 houses including churches, schools, and health centres were either collapsed or ripped off.
Mr Bosson said 3,826 people made up of 957 male adults, 886 female adults, 973 boys and 1,010 girls were affected.
He said four boys and girls sustained varying degrees of injuries but no death was recorded.
Mr Bosson said the estimated cost of damages was at GHC872,940.00
