Nana Ahea Tutu Brempong II, the Chief of Aduamoa and Kwahu Benkumhene has donated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), detergents and other items to the Kwahu Aduamoa education unit to help fight the spread of the COVID-19.

Speaking to the Ghana News Agency from the United States on the telephone, he said the government could not fight the pandemic alone, hence, the need to be supported by philanthropists and others to contain the virus.

Nana Brempong II promised to donate nose mask to everyone in the town of Kwahu Aduamoa, to enable the people to adhere to the protocols laid down by the government.

The items worth about GH¢ 10, 000.00 would be handed over to the education unit and the people of Aduamoa by the Krotihene of Kwahu Aduamoa, Nana Kwame Oduro Apenteng II.

He, however, advised other philanthropists to support the government in fighting the pandemic.
