Messages for 2011 from Sunyani (Part 2)

The President of the Living Grace Ministries Youth, Collins Nyarko, has asked the
youth of the country to look up to God for divine direction before taking any
decision or step.He said God has several special ways to see His people make it in
life but the unfortunate situation is that most people are not calling on the Lord.
10-year old Victor Owusu-Ansah jnr, a class four pupil of the World of Friends
School in Berekum,has asked all school children to obey their parents and any elder
in the various communities. He said God always blesses the obedeint child.
The General Manager of the Nsoatreman Rural Bank, Mrs Agnes Instiful,has called on
the public to deepen the culture of saving at the banks so that in times of need,
banks would be willing to grant loan facilities. She urged the public to patronise
the services of Nsoatreman Rural bank because it is one of the best banks in the
region. Mrs Instiful commended the staff of the bank for the good performance in
2010 and urged them do better in 2011.
The Queen of the Sunyani Traditional Area, Nana Yaa Nyamaa, has thanked the people
of Sunyani for maintaining peace and order in 2010. She called on young women to
lead decent lives and avoid investing in unproductive ventures. Nana Yaa Nyamaa said
2011 would be a productive year only when we put God first in all the things we do.
The Queen advised the public to avoid invoking curses at the least provocation.
The Managing Director of the Matroses Bookshop and Stationery in Sunyani, Nana
Apraku, has urged students to widen their scope of reading since reading has always
built influential leaders and managers.
Mr Kusi Sarpong, manager of KUSAP news stand in Sunyani,has called on the public to
cultivate the habbit of reading news papers and news magazines to be updated on
current issues. He wished subscribers a good year and appealed to them to regularly
pay their bills.
The Sunyani Branch Manager of the Wamfie Rural Bank, Mr. Daniel Oppong, has urged
beneficiaries of loan facilities to repay promptly to enable other people benefit
from such facilities. He asked the public to continue doing business with the bank.
The staff of Global Media Foundation, a media NGO in Sunyani, has pledged to roll
out more social intervention programmes in 2011. They appreciated the support from
partners in 2010.
The managemnt and staff of GOLDEN KEY EVENTS, have resolved to render quality
services in the years ahead and called on the public to always count on them for the
planning and execution of every event.
The Chief Executive of Magic Moves Consult,(MMC) Ms. Veronica Yeboah, has urged the
public to always employ the services of professionals in planning and executing
social events. Ms. Yeboah, a renowed event planner noted that Magic Moves Consult is
the best option in the management of all social events and called on individuals and
organisations to rely on them. She wished christians, especially the congregation of
the Living Grace Ministries, the best of 2011.
The Communication Director of Kofi Vinyo and Company Limited and a youth activist,
Seth Opoku Agyemang, has called on the youth to use their time profitably. He urged
individuals and organisations to fashion out what they can do for their communities.
He called on the public to excercise and eat good food to stay healthy.
The Brong-Ahafo regional secretary of the NPP, Alfred Ofori Annye, is calling on the
youth of the country to upgrade themselves in education to empower them to
contribute to the national development agenda. He promised to harness the strenght
of the youth to return the NPP to power in 2012.
The first lady of the Living Grace Ministries, Mrs Grace Owusu Akyeaw, has called on
women to support their husbands with prayers and be actively involved in shaping the
future of young ladies in the various churches.
The management of Space Fitness Soceity, has appealed to the public to excercise
regularly and avoid harmful practices. Space Fitness Soceity also called for the
formation of keepfit clubs in all communities.
A senior citizen in Sunyani and a founding father of the NDC, Nana Amokonah Nimpong,
has charged politicians to uphold the truth in their deliberations. He said Ghana
can only reach the desired destination only if our leaders avoid misleading the
people.
The General Secretary of the Temple of Praise Ministries,(TOP) Rev. Adu kyeremeh,
has demystified the mystery surrounding the death of Jesus Christ and strongly
projected that a "certificate of death" had long been exchanged for a "certificate
of life" even before man was born. Rev. Adu Kyeremeh's new year message was in his
book, It Is Finished,which was outdoored on January 2,2011.
Mrs Foson Darko, a business woman wishes all her customers the best of year 2011 and
prayed for fruitful year for her mother, Margarat Appiah Agyei, and children,
Dennis, Benard and Thomson.
Former Sunyani West MP and Local government minister, Hon. Kwadwo Adjei Darko, has
called on Ghanaians to maintain peace for accelerated development. He said no matter
the problem, we should seek the face of God. The local governance expert and
distinguished politician expressed worry about the rise in fuel price and urged
Ghanaians to critically assess the performance of the NDC and decide which party
should be given the mandate to rule the country in 2012.

Renowed sports journalist, Alhaji Yahaya, host of award winning Space Super Sports
programme, has called on fellow sports journalists in the country to always be
factual in their presentations and advised panelists on sports programmes to shun
unsubstantiated submissions.
Mr. Yaw Damoah of John Allotey and Associates, a leading auditing firm in Sunyani,
has asked businesses to regularly audit their accounts to know the true state of
their investments. He asked for God's blessing for all business men and women.
