Cheating At TEMA/CEPS

Just consider this scenario: You are a Ghanaian, You've lived ouside for about 5+ Yrs and you ship a CAR to ghana. They charge duty of about cedi 30million on the Car. You delay in paying and the car is seized.

Before you realise, the car whose CEPS duty was perked at C30million has been sold at cedi 5million to some crony who has not worked for it.

This is what happens daily to numerous ghanaians.

Everyone thought the NPP would kill this dailght robbery of people's sweat but alas that is not to be. They have perfected the art. People go with chits from the "castle" to buy these "auction" cars(hawa yakubu). Fellow ghanaians, this dayligt robbery has to stop.

deputy Minister In Charge of Auctioning Cars

This practice is no secret. Victor serlomey bought a benz car at 5million, likewise hudu yahaya.

Currently all NPP top shorts and their cronies from the regions have benefited from this stealing.

Some officials have even given some of these cars to DEALERS.

There is a deputy minister at the castle in charge of these auctions. If you visit tema port they will show you the DEPOT of these "seized cars" The question is why won't they sell the cars above the CEPS DUTY but rather below?

Why are the auctions done by chit system from castle? . (hawa yakubu said she was awaiting a chit from the castle to buy an auction car) The cheating is no secret, the irony is why everyone pretends it is OK . The haruna attas and the kweku baakos suddenly find nothing wrong with these things, may be they get to buy some of these ""auctions".

Now it is ok to steal in ghana especially if you are a customs officer, minister or party official. If however you steal a goat, you would go in for 5yrs
