On a visit to Chicago last fall, a minister left Ghana with an entourage of 28 people to supposedly attend the NPP North America event in that city.

Out of this number only 3 official delegates returned to Ghana, the rest of 25 all bailed in different directions as soon as they touched the ground in OHare.
