Malmo FF midfielder Enock Adu Kofi has wished the Black Stars well ahead of their friendly game with Canada despite being neglected by head coach Avram Grant.

Adu, 25, midfield has been in devastating form for the Swedish champions but has been overlooked by coach Avram Grant despite the team being rocked with injuries.

But the former U17 midfielder has wished the team well in the game against the Canadians which will be played in US capital Washington on October 13.

In an exclusive interview with Ghanasoccernet.com, Adu Kofi admitted acknowledged that his time will surely come and wished the team well.

“I know my time will surely come. We have many footballers in Ghana and everybody can play. I wish the team well ahead of their encounter,” he told GHANAsoccernet.com

“We have had many injuries before the game but I pray that we don’t get any more injuries. I wish the team all the best.”

Adu Kofi has been a regular for the Swedish giants guiding them to the title last year as well as being spectacular in the Uefa champions league.
