Aduana Stars out to inflict more misery on Hearts of Oak

Aduana Stars Chief Executive, Albert Commey, says his side is determined to beat Hearts of Oak this weekend even if it means aggravating their current crisis.

The Fire club will be hosting the crisis-hit Phobians who are in desperate need of a win to mitigate the woeful plight of their increasingly agitated fans.

Sections of the troubled Hearts of Oak supporters in the Brong Ahafo region have even threatened to beat up players and officials if they fail to get a win at Dormaa.

The Phobians have now been told they will be facing a real fight when they travel to the Agyemang-Badu Park.

“I am a Hearts man, there is no two ways about that; but the game is govern by rules that do not allow us to play matches of convenience,” Commey, a former spokesman for Hearts of Oak told Metro FM.

“I am very sorry about the state of affairs of Hearts, but we only want to take our three points.

“We will play the game very fairly and competitively according to the dictates of the game.”

Aduana currently 12th in the Ghanaian top flight are desperate for a win to steer them clearer off the relegation zone.
