I have played with him and I know Emmanuel Clottey is a very good player. I am glad that he is joining us and he is very welcome,†Afful said.
The former Asante Kotoko defender is also offering a ready shoulder for his international teammate to lean on in the early days as he tries to settle in at the Tunis club.
He stated: “It’s definitely not going to be easy but having somebody like me around, is very good for Clottey. “I will help him to settle, we’ll talk, we’ll work together and all will be well. I know he won't have any problems getting used to the club and the city.
