The Ghanaians have therefore moved to the 25th position in the world after moving up by 12 places to break into the top 30.
The Black Stars beat the north Africans in the just ended Africa Cup of Nations at the group stages and were eliminated at the knockout stage by the Elephants.
Ghana placed second at the Nations Cup in Equatorial Guinea. Ghana now have 864 points from their previous 714 points.
The top 10 remains unchanged with Germany in the lead followed by Argentina and Colombia.
