Ampoansah & Adjei in South Africa

Two injured members of the Black Stars squad, Kofi Amponsah and goalkeeper Sammy Adjei, are set to undergo medical treatment in South Africa.

The two sustained injuries in the line of duty.

And the education and sports ministry has deemed it necessary to ensure that they receive quality treatment in order to make a return to the team for the remaining matches.

Defender Kofi Amponsah received a knock during when the Black Stars played Burkina Faso in Kumasi.

Sammy Adjei was ruled out of the South Africa clash because of a knee injury he picked up at training in Kenya.
