Ghana international Andre Ayew is expected to complete his reported 20 million pounds switch from Swansea City to West Ham United on Monday.
The 26-year-old was one of the best signings of last summer and scored 12 goals and a further two assists in his maiden season in the Premier League.
The former Marseille man joined Swansea as a free agent but in the last twelve months has proven to be a bargain with his lightening performance attracting a host of clubs.
West Ham United boss Slaven Bilic admitted on Sunday after his side lost to 2-3 to Juventus that Ayew’s deal was very close and reports in England now claim the Ghanaian should complete the move on Monday.
Andre’s younger brother Jordan Ayew who also plays for Aston Villa has been linked to the club although he stands an outside chance of making the switch.
West Ham united finished an impressive 7th last season and will be hoping to build on that this season.
