Andre Ayew eyes German move

Andre Ayew has revealed that he would like a move to the German Bundesliga if he departs Marseille in this summer transfer window.

The 24-year-old Ghana international forward, who scored two goals in three starts at the World Cup in Brazil, is likely to depart Stade Velodrome as the French Ligue 1 outfit are poised to cash in on several key players ahead of next season.

And with reports that German duo Schalke and Borussia Monchengladbach are keeping tabs on Ayew, the player has suggested that he would be open for a move to the Bundesliga.

"Bundesliga is one of the strongest leagues in the world. I can certainly imagine playing there to hone my skills," Ayew told Sport Bild.

"It would also be a lot of fun to play in the same league where my friend Prince (Boateng) operates, that would make everything a lot more interesting."
