Ghana striker Ebenezer Assifuah scored today to help his Swiss top-flight club Sion to defeat nine-man Grasshopper 3-2 in the league match.
The visitors raced into a 2-0 by the 24th minute of the game but Assifuah headed in in the 39th minute to restore some home for the home side.
Assifuah headed in a cross from the left before second-half goals from Ziegler and Karlen helped them to the massive turnaround.
Following the expulsions Basic (51st) and Lüthi (63), Sion equalized through a penalty converted by Karlen struck with just one minute remaining to seal the important victory.
The win steers Sion to fifth on the Swiss league table.
