Ghana midfielder Christian Atsu has returned to the starting line-up of training with his Portuguese side Porto after recovering from injury.
The 21-year-old had been used as a substitute since recovering from an ankle injury that kept him out of action for three weeks.
But he was returned to the team’s starting line-up on Saturday’s when they beat Moreirense 3-0 in their league game.
The Ghana international started the game and was substitued in the 80th minute when they had scored all the three goals.
Atsu picked up an ankle injury four weeks ago and has played a pit-part role since he returned from injury.
The winger, who has made 15 appearances for FC Porto with a goal in his name, is one of the Dragons’ key players.
His return is also a boost for Ghana who travel to Khartoum to play Sudan in a 2014 World Cup qualifier.
