Ghanaian combative midfielder Aziz Tetteh says he is certain that their hard fought 1-0 victory over high flying Legia Warszawa will revive their campaign.

Tetteh, 25, played full throttle for his Polish side and his return to the starting lineup coincided with Poznan’s first away victory in the league.

The Ghanaian who is finally getting games after a difficult start to life in Poland says the victory over a strong opponent like Legia Warszawa will spur them on in subsequent games.

“It was a great win and the opponent is doing very well so it gives us extra incentive,” Tetteh said.

“We have had a difficult season so far but this is the kind of victory that puts you back on track.”

The 1-0 victory puts Poznan on 9 points from 13 games and 15th on the league table of 16 teams.
