After weeks of uncertainty surrounding a decision by the Management of B/A United F/C, headed by Mr. Kingsley Osei-Bonsu (pictured) to quit the Club, a new development has emerged.
The Executive Chairman, in consultation with the Life Patron of the Club, Nana Bosoma Asor Nkrewiri, Omanhene of Sunyani Traditional Area, has named a twelve-member Management Team to administer the Club for the 2003 Premier Soccer Season.
The naming of the Management Team by Mr. Osei-Bonsu puts to rest any speculation as to whether or not his Management is quitting B/A United. It would be recalled that the Chairman and his Management Team threatened to resign en bloc, but were prevailed upon by the Life Patron and other well-meaning followers of the Club.
Meanwhile, the Chairman calls on all genuine supporters of B/A United to remain calm as all efforts are being put in place to make the Apostles of Power Soccer a major force to reckon with, in Ghana Soccer.He also expresses appreciation to all those who have continued to stand by his Management and promises to do more for the Club. All constructive criticisms are welcome.
