Ghanaian midfielder Ahmed Apimah Barusso could be on his way to the Italian Serie A side Inter Milan.
The 22-year-old has enjoyed a good start to the Serie B season, scoring a long-range effort in Rimini's 3-1 win at Bologna two weeks ago.
Inter, who are currently third in the Serie A, may turn to Barusso after an injury to Esteban Cambiasso.
"My agent has told me that Inter Milan are in touch with my club for a possible move in January when the transfer window opens," Barusso told BBC Sport.
"The major newspapers in Italy have also reported Inter's interest but I am concentrating on playing well for my club until the deal is put on the table.
"It is a dream for every footballer to play for a big club like Inter and when the opportunity comes I will grab with both hands."
Barusso moved to Rimini at the start of this season after playing a key part in Manfredonia's rise through the leagues in the previous three years.
