Black Stars Meet Reggae Boyz

Ghana?s Black Stars will take on Jamaica?s Reggae Boyz, today Monday, May 29 , in an international friendly tie at the Walkers Stadium in Leicester, United Kingdom.

This would be the second high profile game of the Stars ahead of the World Cup.

The game is reported to have received a high patronage from the Ghanaian community, since it provides them with another opportunity to adore the Stars and assure them of their unflinching support.

Mr Frank Yao, a member of D-Vision Network limited, organisers of the match told GNA Sports that they are expecting to fill the 32,000 capacity Stadium. This, he attributed to the one all drawn game between the Stars and Turkey last Friday, which many believe is an improvement upon their previous matches.

The Stars arrived in the UK on Sunday.

The Jamaica fixture is the second of three warm up matches lined up for the Black Stars before the World Cup commences.

The team will move to Glasgow for the last friendly against South Korea on the 4th of June.
