Cape Coast, June 9, GNA - Only 15 out of the 29 Second Division soccer Clubs in the Central Region have so far registered to take part in the division's league which is slated to kick off on Sunday, July 3.
The Regional Chairman of the GFA, Mr Matthew Doe who made this known in an interview with the GNA Sports at Cape Coast on Tuesday, therefore appealed to the remaining Clubs to endeavour to register on time to avoid being sanctioned.
Mr Doe said the registered Clubs include Oguaa United, Cape Coast Bless FC, Winneba Windy Professionals, Mfantsiman United, Essiam United, Mankessim Mir FC, Denkyira United and Assin Fosu Golden Boys among others.
