Coconut Sharks emerge C/R Zone One champions

Cape Coast, Dec. 30, GNA - Ever-improving Elmina Coconut Sharks, put up a splendid performance this year to emerge champions in the Central Region (Zone One) Division League with 21 points, which officially ended on Sunday.

Real Moree United placed second on 19 points, Twifo Praso Noble Kings were third on 15 points followed by Oguaa United on six points while Abura Abaka Vision Stars came fifth on five points.

In Zone Two, Eyisam Lumumba Stars took the first position with 29 points, Mankessim Mir FC were second with 28 points, Great Abaasa, third with 25 points, Saltpond NICPSD, clinched 22 points to place fourth while Great Otuam United came fifth with 14 points.

In Zone Three, Agona Swedru Young Rangers emerged tops with 31 points, Agona Fankobaa took the second spot with 26 points, Ajumako Ochiso Eleven Angels third with 19 points, Real Essiam United, fourth with 14 points, while Gomoaman Dortmund FC came fifth with 12 points.

In Zone Four, Ofankor Great Odupon came first with 23 points, Winneba Soccer Intellectuals came second with 20 points, Awutu Bastia FC, third with 16 points, Buduburam FC, fourth with 14 points while Kasoa Universal came fifth 13 points.
