Young goal poacher, Dauda Mohammed could feature in Wednesday outstanding league match if the technical team picks him as part of the 18 players for the Ashgold clash.
Dauda returned from weeks of inaction and was introduced in the second half of the Kotoko-Medeama game. He however couldn’t finish the match as he was stretched off following what looked like a head injury. The attacker jumped with an opponent in an aerial challenge and that was the last action he had in the game.
He was immediately driven out of the stadium for treatment. Reports on Monday morning indicated that, Dauda Mohammed suffered a cut on the upper of his eye. He had it stitched.
Communications Manager, Kwaku Ahenkorah made this disclosure to Asantekotokosc.com in a briefing early Monday morning. “According to the medical team, he’s fit to play but that’s largely dependent on whether or not he will make the final selection” said Ahenkorah.
