Dujkovic pardons wayward stars

Black Stars? coach, Ratomir Dujkovic has decided to pardon two recalcitrant players ahead of the tie against South Africa in a fortnight.

Sulley Muntari and Baffour Gyan were left out of Ghana?s starting line up for Sunday?s World Cup and African Cup of Nations qualifier against the Stallions of Burkina Faso, which Ghana won 2-1 at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.

Dujkovic axed the duo from the squad for various disciplinary offences ahead of last Sunday?s game during the team?s camping preparations in Kumasi.

Muntari and Gyan according to Joy Sports sources broke the team?s camping rules and after consultations between the playing body and the technical team, Ratomir Dujkovic decided to leave them out of the team for the game.

The two players, still an integral part of the coach?s plans have been included for the trip to Nairobi where the Black Stars would be camped for the game against South Africa?s Bafana Bafana on June 18.

Meanwhile Dujkovic insists Samuel Osei Kuffour should render an apology to the FA before being re-invited into the squad.

Kuffour has been frozen from the Black Stars after accusing the GFA and the coach of ?lying? about his health ahead of the Ghana-DR Congo clash in March.
