Cape Coast, Aug. 5 GNA - Cape Coast Mysterious Dwarfs will host Kumasi Asante Kotoko in a friendly soccer match at the Robert Mensah sports stadium, Cape Coast on Sunday, August 8, 2010.

Nana Aidoo, Chief Executive Officer of Dwarfs said the match forms part of preparations being made by the Club towards its participation in the Premier League.

He said the Club will use the occasion to parade its newly recruited players during the match.

Nana Aidoo therefore appealed to the teeming supporters of the Club to come in their numbers to cheer the team to chalk a resounding victory.

Dwarfs last week spank New Edubiase United 3-0 in a friendly match played at Tema.

In another development, the mortal remains of Isaac K. Mensah, a former player of Dwarfs was laid to rest at Asokyeano on Tuesday August 3, 2010.

Mensah 70, who was also a former employee of the Information Services Department died barely a month ago after a protracted illness.

Present at the burial grounds were former players of Dwarfs.
