Cape Coast, Aug. 28, GNA - Ekumfi-Eyisam Lumumba Stars, a second division side caused a big stir when they drew 1-1 with Ebusua Dwarfs in a friendly soccer match played at Robert Mensah Sports Stadium on Friday.
After a scoreless first half, the Eyisam boys resumed the game strongly but could not find the net.
They out played Dwarfs in all departments of the game but they had to wait until the 75th minute when their midfielder, Abudu Razak collected a midfield pass and dribbled a host of defenders including the goalkeeper to score the opener.
They continued to pile pressure on Dwarfs and nearly increased the tally but Razak with only the keeper to beat he shot over the bar. In the 80th minute, Dwarfs took over the attack and in the process earned a penalty and centre forward, Emmanuel Aryetey made sure that he levelled up scores.
