Accra Hearts of Oak climbed to the summit of the 2015/16 Ghana Premier League table after recording an emphatic 3-1 victory over Bechem United on matchday 4.
Experienced forward Sam Yeboah scored the only goal of the first half before midfielders Mustapha Essuman and Isaac Mensah took turns to register their goals in the second half – 3-0.

Star-studded Aduana Stars finally secured their first full points with a 1-0 win over academy boys WAFA SC at the Dormaa Park. Reinstated captain Godfred Saka scored the only goal via a first-half penalty, giving Romanian coach Cioaba Aristica a first win on his comeback to the club.
AshantiGold produced a late fight and forced out a draw against Sekondi Hasaacas at the Esipong Stadium on Sunday. Eric Bekoe gave the hosts the lead after converting a penalty but the Miners pulled level through Kadri Mohammed with two minutes from full time.
On Saturday, Dreams FC and Wa All Stars played out a 1-1 draw at the Dawu Park. Wahidu Mumuni’s 35th-minute free-kick strike cancelled out an early lead by the hosts. Emmanuel Lomotey had given Dreams the lead in the 15th minute.
Medeama’s game with Ebusua Dwarfs has been postponed to due to the former’s involvement in the CAF Confederation Cup this weekend.
