The second round of the exciting Ghana Beach Soccer Premier League kicked off with a goal fest as thrilling games marked the intense action across both zones.

The winners of last season's Zone 1 League, Cheetah BSC, continued their dominance this season with a ruthless 10-1 thrashing of Teshie United to tighten their hold at the top of the league.

Close contenders Layoca BSC also put up a big fight to fend off a potential comeback from Nungua BSC, picking up the three maximum points in a 5-4 victory.

Sea Sharks are still in the race as they continued their push for the top spot by beating Dansoman 4-2.

In Zone 2, this season's surprise package Vodza Iron Breakers remain top of the pile despite being held to an exciting 3-3 draw by Kedzi Miracle.

Last season's champions Ada Assurance suffered another setback in their title defense, losing a nine-goal thriller 5-4 to bottom club Tegbi Ocean Stars.

The final game of the weekend saw three-time league champions Keta Sunset lose for the second straight weekend as their arch-rivals Havedzi Mighty Warriors dealt them a tough defeat.

The league season continues next weekend at the Cheetah Den-Senya Bereku in the Central Region and Keta Emancipation Beach in the Volta Region.
