The Ghana national side will play their Senegalese counterparts in an international friendly match in London on August 21.
Ghana's national coach Claude Roy, who also coached the Lions of Senegal, confirmed the game will come on as planned.
"We wanted to play against a good African team. And Senegal forms part of the 3 or 4 better teams at the moment. We already played against Nigeria. The other big teams are Cameroun, Cote d’Ivoire and Senegal"
The two teams last met at the African Nations Cup in 2006 in Egypt. The blacks stars won 1-0.
