Ghana midfielder Kwame Quansah eyes Heracles exit

Ghana midfielder Kwame Quansah wants to call time on his Heracles Almelo career as he weighs up options.

The 31-year-old, who has spent 10 years at the Dutch Eredivisie side and once the captain at the Polman Stadion, is ready to leave after being relegated to the second squad.

“I hope there will be a great club elsewhere looking for me,” Quansah told Tubantia. “It would be a shame if it ends this way. I feel fit. I am strong, a winner and wants to play and I can’t stand it here at Heracles.”

Quansah joined Heracles from Ajax in 2004 and has played 239 games for them, scoring 26 goals.
