Metz striker Kwame Nsor will be out of action for three months after damaging the cartilage in his right knee during training, Goal Ghana understands.
The 21-year-old Ghanaian will undergo surgery this week to correct the damage but the scan taken yesterday has revealed that he will be out for not less than three months.
Last April, Nsor was ruled out for two months after fracturing his fibula in training and missed the last couple of games for his club in their title winning campaign.
Aside Nsor, the newly promoted club have also announced that Franco-Algerian midfielder Ahmed Kashi is suffering from groin injury and will be out two for months.
