Ghana goalkeeper Razak Brimah came through a successful medical on Monday as he joins up with the Cordoba team for pre-season training.
The 27-year-old has been promoted into the first team of the Caliphs who have staged a return to the Spanish top flight.
This means, Brimah, who only joined Cordoba in January stands a chance of playing in the prestigious La Liga in the coming season.
The former FC Nania shot-stopper excelled with the club’s reserves where he was made to work upon his arrival in January.
He managed to help the reserve side escape relegation from the Spanish third tier to catch the attention of the technical handlers of the first team.
Brimah has since been on a personalized training program but has now joined up with his first team teammates after passing a routine medical on a Monday.
