Ghana midfielder Godfred Donsah was stopped from training at Cagliari on Thursday afternoon after the youngster suffered an injury, Dailysoccerghana.com can exclusively reveal.

The 18-year-old sustained a bruise on his left leg after reportedly crashing into a team-mate Marco Capuano during a practice game.

Donsah will be assessed ahead of Saturday’s Serie A home game against Lazio at the Stadio Sant’Elia.

The ex-Palermo player was recently named in the Black Satellites 35-man provisional list for the 2015 World Youth Championship.
