  • Dec 30: Reggina will not continue the loan of Dominic Adiyiah and thus the striker will return to AC Milan. Adiyah started only 2 matches and got one goal He did not convince the Calabrian club, who decided to return the player to Milan before the end of the loan.

  • Four French clubs are reported to be interested in signing Ghana international Prince Tagoe from German side Hoffenheim. Foot Mercato reports that St. Etienne, Nice, Rennes and Bordeaux are all seeking strikers and Tagoe could be of interest to them

    Italian Serie A side AS Roma have been briefed on the status on centre-back Karim Alhassan but nothing concrete is said to be on the table.

The youngster is currently playing on loan for Spanish second division club Granada.

  • Ghana youth star Tawrick Djibril is set to join either Spanish outfit Getafe or Anderlecht of Belgium, according to his local agent. The 18-year-old, who quit 2000 African Champions Hearts of Oak last month as a free agent, has also been linked with local giants Asante Kotok

  • Nov 20 - Belgian side Racing Genk have tabled US$ 290,000 for Hearts of Oak defender Godwin Osei Bonsu. Genk want the bulky centre-back for two years but are prepared to negotiate for a season long loan deal.

  • Nov 15 -- South Korea's Pohang Steelers reached an agreement with Lokomotiv Sofia to sign their Ghanaian winger Derek Asamoah, the Bulgarian club said on Monday. The 29-year-old, widely considered one of the best attacking players in the Bulgarian league, scored 14 goals in 35 matches since joining Lokomotiv in 2009. Asamoah, who wears the number one shirt, has signed a three-year contract with Pohang, three-times Asian Champions League winners, starting in January. "I think it's a good deal for us and a good deal for him too," Lokomotiv president Nikolay Gigov told the Bulgarian state television without disclosing the transfer fee.

  • Sky Sports would have us believe that Sulley Muntari is undecided as to his future. Currently with European champions Inter Milan, the 26-year-old Muntari has been mentioned as a possible target for Tottenham, particularly as the player was at Portsmouth during Harry Redknapp's reign. With Redknapp now in charge at Spurs, rumours suggest Muntari may be on his way to the Lane in January, but the man himself is keeping mum for the time being: "I am working hard to get back in the good books of the manager," said Muntari, who's struggled to get game time under new coach Rafa Benitez. "I am not talking about moving, we will talk around January." With Everton, Roma and German outfit Wolfsburg also in the hunt for Muntari, Redknapp will have to be at his canniest if he is to reel in this particularly fish.

  • Egyptian , Premier League side El-Entag El-Harby have completed the signing of Asante Kotoko's burly forward Kwabena Yaro. The 25-year-old, transfer-listed by the Porcupine Warriors, joined El-Harby on a free transfer for four years. Yaro was among the list of players told by new Kotoko coach , Ebo Mends he did not fit into his plans for the season. Yaro joined Kotoko in July 2007

  • Sulley Muntari is on his way out of Inter Milan. The Ghana international was so dismayed at being left out of Inter's squad for Sunday night's Derby d'Italia that instead of sitting in the stands, he walked out of San Siro and went home.
    Gazzetta dello Sport says Muntari will be fined and now appears likely to be on his way out of Inter in January.
    Liverpool, Tottenham and West Ham United were linked with Muntari during the summer market.

  • (Itasportpress) Inter Milan are considering a move for Chelsea midfield ace Michael Essien. Inter are tracking Real Madrid ace Xabi Alonso, who is wanted by coach Rafael Benitez. But if that move fails, Inter will turn their efforts for Essien. Inter boast an amazing €100 million warchest from their Treble last season and have the spending power to tempt Chelsea into parting with their Ghana star.

  • (tribalfootball.com - 30th Sept.) Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini is again being linked with Hoffenheim defender Isaac Vorsah. Mancini admitted his admiration for the 22 year-old Ghana international during the World Cup and Die Welt says the Italian remains keen on the defender. Vorsah was mentioned as a potential Liverpool target last week, but City could move to trump their Premier League rivals should the centre-half show a willingness to move to England.

  • Sept 22 (Tribalfootball) -- nderland have joined the battle for Olympique Marseille winger Andre Ayew. Ghana sources say Sunderland boss Steve Bruce is leaning heavily on John Mensah and Asamoah Gyan to convince Ayew about life on Wearside. Sunderland are competing with the likes of Bayern Munich and Stuttgart for the son of Ghana legend Abedi Pele.
    However, having two senior Ghana teammates on their books could swing a deal for Ayew in Sunderland's favour.

  • Liverpool are monitoring Isaac Vorsah who has been putting in some splendid performances for his German club side Hoffenheim this season.   • Hibernian are on the brink of signing Francis Dickoh from FC Utrecht. The 27-year-old has spent four years with Utrecht but the Dutch club have now announced he will clinch a one-year contract with Hibernian on Tuesday providing he passes a medical. Dickoh has Ghanaian parents and has played international football for the country but was born and began his career in Denmark, playing for B.93 before moving on to Farum and then Nordsjaelland prior to joining Utrecht in 2006.

  • Sunderland are reportedly closing in on a deal for Ghana's World Cup star Asamoah Gyan. Rennes want £15m for the striker, but Sunderland are hoping to get their man for closer to £10m before the window shuts.

  • Aug 22: Sunderland are set for an £8-million swoop for Asamoah Gyan, according to reports form Ghana. Black Cats boss Steve Bruce wants to bolster his forward line and is apparently prepared to use all the money recouped from the sale Kenwyne Jones to Stoke on snapping up the Ghana World Cup star.

  • West Ham United are chasing Getafe midfielder Derek Boateng. The Sunday Express says West Ham will bid £3million for Getafe's player of the year Boateng, though the Spanish club want £5million. Hammers boss Avram Grant rates Boateng highly, having followed the Ghana international during his two years with Beitar Jerusalem.

  • July 29 (SUN) -- MANCHESTER UNITED are leading the chase for Ghana midfielder Anthony Annan. A number of clubs, including Chelsea and Arsenal, are tracking the Rosenborg star, 24. But Annan is believed to prefer Old Trafford. United have yet to make an official bid but Annan's agent, Lars Petter Fosdahl, said: "We're expecting one of the top English clubs to try to sign him. "That's what Anthony wants."

  • July 22: Italian champions, Inter Milan have signed up two Ghanaian youngsters to their youth team. Midfielder Francis Boateng joins Inter's Under-15 team after completing a move from Sarnico while Isaac Donkor, a defender and formerly of Padova will be part of the Under-16 side. Inter announced the new signings for their academy on Wednesday.

  • William Owusu Acheampong moves from Sporting Lisbon to Cercle Brugge on a 1 season loan deal

  • July 23: Chris Dickson has left Charlton Athletic and moved to Cyprus, according to Skysports.
    Dickson, who is available on a free transfer after seeing out his contract at The Valley, has agreed a move to Nea Salamis Famagusta.
    The 25-year-old has agreed a two-year deal at the Cypriot second division side and is set to travel out to Cyprus at the start of August.
    Nea Salamis Famagusta suffered relegation from the first division last season and they see Dickson as the man to fire them back to the top flight at the first time of asking.
    Dickson is relishing the chance of plying his trade abroad after an indifferent time at Charlton. “I am excited about this new challenge of playing abroad,” Dickson told skysports.com.
    “I am happy with the move and I am hoping to help Nea Salamis win promotion back to the top flight.”

  • Ghana goalkeeper Richard Kingson could join French club Sochaux after the Ligue 1 side offered to sign the shot-stopper. The 32-year-old was voted among the top players at the 2010 World Cup which ended in South Africa three weeks ago.
    After being released by English side Wigan, Kingson is seeking new opportunities in Europe and France could be his next destination, insiders have told Ghanasoccernet.
    His agent Fabien Pivateau is understood to have met the leaders of Sochaux over a two-year deal and a response is expected in the coming days.
    Sochaux are looking for a goalkeeper after injury to dependable shot-stopper Teddy Richert who has been ruled out for four month.
    This means he will not5 be available when the season starts next month.
