Hearts, Medeama battle for Faisal’s Tetteh Nortey

Hearts of Oak and Medeama SC have officially requested for the services of utility player Tetteh Nortey from King Faisal, sources at the Kumasi-based club have revealed.

For Hearts of Oak, the capture of Tetteh Nortey will be a reunion with their former centre-back who has developed into an impressive holding midfielder. MTN FA Cup finalists Medeama SC have also requested for Nortey as well as striker Sulley Mohammed from Faisal.

The 22-year-old who was a member of the 2007 batch of the Ghana U-17 squad that participated in the South Korea World Cup joined King Faisal upon their return to the premiership action at the start of the 2012/13 Glo Premier League.
