Hearts Will Not Pay For Floodlights -Adm.Manager

The Management of Champion Club Accra Hearts Of Oak, have made it emphatically clear that it is not prepared to pay for the cost of the use of the floodlights at the Ohene Gyan Sports Stadium in Accra during the epic GT Premier League game between the Club and Kumasi Asante Kotoko. The Administration Manager of the Club Mr.Ashford Tetteh Oku in and interview with FOX SPORTS on FOX FM, a local Radio Station in Kumasi today said Hearts did not course what he decribed as unneccassry delay of the match and therefore does not have to be held responsible for the cost involved in the use of the floodlghts.

Asked why as the home team,Hearts must not be held responsible for every cost incured in the use of the Stadium facilities,Mr.Tetteh Oku said"Hearts cannot be responsible for irresponsible costs acrued in the game".

He said there is no need for the Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association to call the two teams to any sitting but go ahead and apply the laws in it's regulations concerning how and who caused the delay.This is because the FA is well aware why the game started late.

Answering what the home jersey colour of Hearts is for the Premiership, Mr.Tetteh Oku said the club's home colours is pure white.
