Hearts of Oak will play Hasaacas on Wednesday in an empty Accra Sports Stadium following the dismissal of their stay of execution application by the Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana FA.

The Phobians were ordered to play three home matches behind closed doors following their fans’ violent conduct in their game against Wa All Stars last month and also fined GHC12,000.

The Accra-based club applied for a Stay of Execution pending the decision of the Appeals Committee.

But the Disciplinary Committee ruled: "After reading the application filed by the applicant and upon hearing the submissions made by Oloboi Commodore on behalf of the applicant, the committee is of the view that the application has no merits and is hereby dismissed."

Also, board member Barimah Atuahene and the club's spokesperson Kwame Opare Addo will have their two-year ban each standing.
