Ghanaian midfielder Michael Helegbe continued his fine form in the Lebanon Premier League by scoring all two goals in Tripoli SC’s 2-0 win over Shabab Al Ghazieh on Friday.
The former Medeama SC midfielder struck on 17and 78 minutes respectively to ensure they remain joint leaders with Al Ahed who have played one match less.
The ex-Ghana U23 captain is enjoying life in Lebanon since making the move in the summer.
He leads the scorers chart with 8 and is targeting winning the goal king title.
“The goals are coming and the confidence is sky high,” Helegbe told GHANASoccernet.com.
“I want to win the goal king title and through that help my side win the league title.
“I am enjoying everything here I hope to continue on this vein till the end of the season.”
