TP Mazembe versatile midfielder, Daniel Nii Adjei has admitted his constant exclusion from the senior Ghana national team, the Black stars does not bother and he cares less of the matter as well.

The former Kumasi Asante Kotoko player scored twice to ensure his DR Congo based club won the African super cup for the third after defeating Etoile sportive du Sahel who won the confederation cup over the weekend.
The 27-year-old revealed he is unperturbed with his constant overlook by the officials of the national team who keep to leave him with though he has been impressive with his club side.

In an interview with Kumasi based, Boss FM, the combative midfielder said, “I’m not bothered with my omission to the senor national team of Ghana (Black stars) squad because I perceive a national team call-up to be a bonus. At club level I get very worried when squad-list is released and I fail to make the team.”

He added, “there are lots of quality Ghanaian footballers and so if a player is called that suggests he is performing better than I am. My focus is solely on my club commitment as it is my club that pays me for as an employer but whenever I am called I will be ready to play for Ghana.”
