Chief Executive Officer of Inter Allies Delali Senaye has credited the club’s scouts for their sustained endurance in the Ghana Premier League.
The Tema-based club have once more again secured their Premiership spot for next season with one match to spare in the current campaign.
Allies have grown to become one of the formidable sides in the First Capital Plus League after putting their debut season struggles behind them.
They have also managed to produce some fine talents which have been of benefit for both the club and the various national teams.
Club CEO in explaining the secret behind the club’s success celebrated the efforts of scouts at the club who have been ensuring the continued churning out of talents.
“Our scouting network is very strong and solid and we get quality players from their recommendations,” Senaye noted.
“The philosophy of the club remains the same and that is development of young players.
“Moreover, our European partners are interested in young talents and not already established players.
“We have attached African culture to our club where the players live in the community where football is key and placed in school.
“We tried a couple of already established players but it didn’t work. We really appreciate the work of the scout and especially Mr. Willie Klutse for discovering a host of players from the remotest of areas.
“The club’s strongest pillar has been our scouting team and we really appreciate their effort.”
Inter Allies are currently 4th in the First Capital Plus League ahead of the final round of matches where they travel to face Medeama.
